Welcome to the online platform of ALMAS Indian Cuisine. By accessing our website, purchasing products, booking table reservations, or inquiring about our catering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Ordering and Payments

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our website.
  • Payments: All card payments are processed securely via Square. By entering payment card details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
  • Confirmation: Order placements are subject to kitchen capacity and ingredient availability. An online order receipt does not constitute final binding acceptance if an item goes out of stock.

2. Fulfillment and Pickup

For takeout/store pickup orders, you are responsible for retrieving your order at the selected time from our physical store location: 209 Ellesmere Rd, Unit 6, Scarborough, ON. We strive to have orders ready at the requested slot, but delay tolerances may apply during busy peak dining hours.

3. Pricing and Adjustments

Prices for our dishes are subject to change without notice. All order subtotals are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable provincial and federal taxes (HST), which are calculated at checkout.

4. Catering Agreements

Submitting a quote inquiry via our Catering page is not a binding booking. Catering contracts are only finalized upon menu agreement, date verification, sign-off, and payment of the required deposit as agreed upon with ALMAS management.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
